Police Registration - 13 September to 23 September 2016

This event is for all international students who are required to register with the Metropolitan Police at the Overseas Visitors Records Office (OVRO) and would like to use King's College London's service to register. This will make registration easier and will NOT require you to register within the usual 7 day deadline.

Please book an appointment at King’s on a convenient date and time between 13 September and 23 September 2016, where we will collect the required documentation from you. After this, you will be given another appointment in October to attend the OVRO to complete the rest of the registration process.

When you come to your appointment at King’s, please remember to bring the following documents with you:

• Completed Registration Proforma - must be completed online, printed out and signed. Hand written forms will not be accepted (please read our FAQs for instructions on how to help with completing the Proforma).
• Photocopy of your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP). A copy of both the front and back is required.
• 1 x passport sized photograph – must be in colour, 45mm x 35mm and pasted (glued) to the proforma. Do NOT staple the photo to the form.
• A copy of your data page in your passport.
• A copy of your 30-day entry clearance sticker in your passport with the date of entry stamp.
• If you have a valid Police Registration Certificate (one that is in good condition and you have not been outside the UK for more than 12 months), please bring this along, so that you do not have to pay for a new certificate. You must bring the original, we can’t accept photocopies.
